Local Produce & Community
Cittaslow Mold's 'Local Produce & Community' sub group is interested in Cittaslow goals 'D' on the encouragement of local produce and production, goals 'E' on hospitality and community and goals 'F' on Cittaslow awareness creation. Projects include:
- Creating a directory of local produce and producers in the area.
- Hosting a Farmers� & Producers� Forum to debate topical issues relating to local produce. Producing a DVD of the event.
- Encouraging diversity with more local produce in our shops and restaurants.
- A monthly Cittaslow market stall on Mold market to promote Cittaslow awareness.
